My package was unable to be delivered, what should I do?
- First to check the status of your order visit www.sosyopix.com/myorders and click on ‘where’s my order’ to get started. This is to see whether your package was in fact delivered however the courier may not have been able to reach anyone at the address. In that case your package would be on hold for you at the local post office. But remember, they’ll only hold it for 3 days tops. Once you’ve checked and you still can’t reach your package, e-mail our customer support team at [email protected].
Will my products get damaged on the way? If so what should I do?
- Our products are shipped in special boxes. Due to all possible problems during transportation, we kindly ask you to make the necessary checks at delivery. In case of any damage, incorrect/ missing product(s), send us an e-mail with your order number.
Can you deliver my order the same day?
- Yes. :) We deliver your order to your address on the same day with the same day delivery option on the page where you enter your address information. Same day shipping cost is 14.90 TL. For now, you can use this service only for certain districts and products within Istanbul.
